Submission Guidelines

General Information

The Social Archives (TSA) welcomes original, unpublished research papers, review articles, and theoretical papers in the field of Social Sciences. Submissions must not be under consideration by any other journal or publication outlet at the time of submission. All manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic integrity and quality.


2. Manuscript Submission

  • Authors can submit their manuscripts through the Online Submission System or via email to the editorial office.
  • Each submission must include a cover letter, title page, and the main manuscript file.
  • The title page should contain the article title, authors’ names, affiliations, and contact details of the corresponding author.

Manuscript Structure and Formatting

To ensure consistency, authors are requested to follow the formatting guidelines below:

a. Document Format:

  • File type: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Alignment: Justified

b. Structure of the Paper:

  1. Title of the Paper
  2. Abstract (100–250 words)
  3. Keywords (5–9 relevant keywords)
  4. Introduction
  5. Literature Review
  6. Methodology
  7. Results and Discussion
  8. Conclusion and Recommendations
  9. References

c. Referencing Style:

  • Use APA (7th Edition) referencing style for all in-text citations and reference lists.


Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively and clearly titled.
  • Each must be referenced in the text and include a Table/Figure Number in bold followed by the title that is Italicized, Title Case, with no period at the end.
  • Ensure all visuals are of high resolution and relevant to the study.
  • Add Tables and Graphs in editable form and not in image/screenshot form.

Plagiarism Policy

TSA maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against plagiarism.

  • All manuscripts are checked through plagiarism detection software before review.
  • Articles with similarity above 19% (excluding references) or with Single Source exceeding 5% will be rejected or sent back for revision.
  • As per HEC Policy, the AI Content should not be more than 5%.

Ethical Policy

  • Authors must ensure that their work is original and that all sources are properly cited.
  • Any potential conflict of interest should be disclosed at the time of submission.
  • Research involving human participants must follow ethical standards and, if applicable, include approval from a recognized ethics committee.
  • Fabrication, falsification, or misrepresentation of data will result in immediate rejection and possible blacklisting.

Review and Publication Process

  • All submissions undergo initial editorial screening that includes checking the article according to the Journal's Standards for Abstract Size, Total Words Count, Plagiarism, AI%, In-text Citations and References Style.
  • Initial editorial screening is followed by double-blind peer review by at least two experts in the relevant field.
  • Authors will receive reviewers’ comments and may be asked to revise their manuscript accordingly.
  • Final acceptance is based on quality, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance, authors are required to sign a Copyright Agreement Form.
TSA follows an Open Access policy, allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of articles, provided the original work is properly cited.


Article Processing Charges (APC)

Details regarding publication fees (if applicable) are provided on the journal’s website or communicated upon acceptance.
