Archiving Policy

The Social Archives (TSA) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published research articles. The journal ensures that all content remains permanently available and accessible to the academic community and the general public.

Digital Preservation

To guarantee continuous access to published materials, The Social Archives utilizes digital archiving systems that protect content against data loss, technological failure, or any other unforeseen circumstances. All published articles are stored and backed up on secure servers and indexed in multiple online repositories.


Self-Archiving and Author Rights

TSA permits authors to self-archive the following versions of their work:

  • Pre-print Version (submitted manuscript before peer review)
  • Accepted Version (final peer-reviewed version)
  • Published Version (PDF) as hosted on the journal’s official website

Authors are encouraged to deposit their articles in institutional repositories, research networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu), or personal websites, provided proper citation to the original publication in The Social Archives is included.

TSA guarantees that all published materials will remain open access under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, and use the content for lawful purposes with proper attribution.
